About Me:
Over the years I have always  loved learning about fitness and health so much I decided to pursue this passion and obtained my personal trainer certification and studied at the Fitness and Health Program at Conestoga College.

With everything I’ve learned I now use this knowledge to help other people reach their fitness and health goals.
