Hi, My name is Daniel and I am Certified in-home personal trainer in Winnipeg.

I’m a creative, hard working individual who’s passion is to help improve lives. My dedication to Health & Fitness found me the path to become a Personal Trainer. I’ve been creating my own personalized in-home workouts for the past decade.
I’ve struggled with living a sedentary lifestyle in the past, from working very physically demanding jobs while out of shape to being seated behind a wheel day after day and spending most of my own time slouched over on a couch. Resulting me to have poor posture, low energy, sore back and sore neck. I had to start changing my environment around me and get rid of some bad habits to find motivation. I ended up turning it around, becoming healthier and stronger than I’ve ever been.
Living a Healthy Lifestyle has changed my life. To commit to an exercise schedule and eating nutritional foods has made me proud of myself for my accomplishments, given me so much more energy and steered me to the right path, making me more happy and improved my sense of well being.
My mission is to help people improve their lives and accomplish their fitness goals. I believe anything is possible through hard work, proper support and consistency. If you’re willing to put in the time, to show up everyday and try your best. You will achieve your goals and be able to reach your dreams.
