Many people forget how to move because of the way we live (i.e. many hours sitting in front a computer or TV, driving, bad posture habits, etc.). I coach people to remember how to move, how to correct inefficient movement patterns and how to have good posture.

I work at inhometrainer as an in home personal trainer, coach and nutritionist.

I started out not knowing anything about fitness and nutrition and I was that girl at the gym who was all over the place and had no clue what to do. But there was one thing I knew ever since I was young: I loved to exercise and I never understood why no one else did too.

My mission was to change that. 

Fast forward 7 years, my diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion, ACSM certification, and the 3+ years I’ve been in the industry, have helped me learn the techniques and strategies that work while at the same time adjusting to every unique individual. I specialize in a holistic approach when it comes to fat loss/weight loss. This includes grocery shopping trips, revamping your kitchen, evaluating your environment and more. Most people don’t know that when it comes to fat loss it involves way more than just exercise.

I also have experience working with individuals who have had knee replacement surgeries or knee injuries and significantly reduce knee pain and discomfort. 

Most importantly, I am always transparent and realistic with my clients. It won’t happen overnight, there will be some trial and error, evaluations and reevaluations, but you will start to feel more energized, those aches and pain will go away, you’ll lose the weight that you have been struggling with, and realize the positive impacts it will have on all aspects of your life. We will take it one step at a time and work as a team. Before you know it, you will reach your goals and achieve things you never thought you could.
