Hello! My name is Jared and I am certified Personal trainer in and around the Saskatoon area. I received my certification through the National Association of Sports Medicine. Through my involvement in different organized sports growing up and the opportunity to compete as a university athlete I fell in love with health and fitness. Through my experience working with clients in group classes and one-on-one settings I have worked with all sorts of clients in the past and I am more than ready to begin working with you!
