Julie is our in home personal trainer located in London, On and we are excited to have her on our team!

Fitness Philosophy/ Mantra: 

Living a healthy lifestyle including regular exercise and proper nutrition is an integral part of our overall wellness- mind, body and spirit! Fitness is about so much more than achieving a certain body weight. I want to empower my clients to live happier healthier lives by creating a personalized program for each individual where they can reach their goals, reduce stress and increase confidence. My goal as a personal trainer is to inspire my clients because you can succeed if you believe in yourself!  Last but not least, fitness should be fun! If you’re enjoying your fitness program, you’re more likely to stick to it!

Favourite body part to train:

Legs. There is a great variety of exercise options for legs. When I train legs, I feel strong!


I love running, biking and swimming in the summer.  Recently, I’ve discovered stand-up paddle boarding and it is my new favourite outdoor activity! I have a passion for yoga and I am very excited to start my 200 hour yoga teacher training this November!

Fun fact:

I spent 2 years living in South Africa as a child. I love to travel. I’ve been to over 10 countries and I plan to see as much of the world as possible.

Jay is our male in home personal trainer located in London, On and holds a Kinesiology BSc.

Exercise has always been an outlet for me. As a young adult I developed a love for weightlifting and sports training which directly affected my path of education. During university I specialized in rehabilitating athletes challenged by sports-related injuries and clients who were looking for motivation and guidance to meet goals such as losing weight.

I believe in the payoff that physical activity brings. It has helped me cultivate a strong work ethic and has properly equipped me in all other aspects of life. It has always been a way for me to clear my head and reset my body. For me it has been a way to consistently improve and be the best version of myself; and this is what I am passionate for others to discover for themselves.

My goal is to empower my clients to be the best they can be, as well as keep them accountable to a consistent healthy lifestyle. Exercise and nutrition is not just about seeing numbers on the scale decrease. It is about improving one’s life and personal contentment through daily choices. Through the 90-10 philosophy of balancing hard work and moderation, without deprivation, anyone can succeed!

I will encourage you every step of the way, and create specific & enjoyable programs tailored to fulfill your goals.  I promise to inspire and properly equip you to make dynamic steps towards the better ‘you’ of tomorrow!
