About me: Located in St. Catharines I’m a very outgoing personal trainer, and try my best to bring all aspects to a session that will meet your goal and also keep you wanting more progress. I’m originally from Nassau, Bahamas coming to Canada to bring a bit of my island spice. I love training outdoors and using nature as a tool. Exercise to me should be fun and enjoyable and the reward is getting in shape and or staying in shape. I was also taught as a child that if you want something; put your mind to it and you’ll get it.

Fitness Philosophy :

I personally take every situation in life as a lesson first of all. The positive aspect of the every situation is the greatest part to me. Although training may get tough at the end of the day you’re training for better health, you’re training for a better physique, you’re training to be in better physical shape. These things bring better quality of life and that’s just a positive way at looking at training when you don’t want to either feel like it or you’re just tired.
As a competitor I see most things as a challenge. As I would teach my clients that when working out, make it a challenge; challenge your self. Yesterday you ran 15 minutes, well today try To go for 18 or 20. Then eventually you’ll realize that taking a jog for 30 is standard for you. Challenging yourself is key when training because you’re the only one who can truly motivate yourself.  My goal is to empower you to realize this.

Interests: I am extremely interested and influenced by music, as I produce and write music on a day to day basis. I love basketball as it’s my favourite sport so if anyone of my clients think that they can challenge my skills I am always up for a game. I love learning new things about history and reading.
