Hi My name is Michelle I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Activity and Kinesiology. I am personal training weight loss coach, and teach yoga/stretching breaks, and HIIT boot camp classes. I am also a Registered Massage Therapist. My specialties are Swedish, Sport Massage & Deep Tissue. 


I believe in fitness with a smile.  With hard work and dedication many things are possible through exercise.  From weight loss, to building muscle, improving mobility and general health and wellbeing, the benefits to exercise are endless.

I have a passion for helping people of all shapes, sizes and ages reach their fitness goals. I can use a variety of approaches from body weight training, medicine balls, kettlebells, TRX trainers, and balance boards to keep a program fun and interesting. I often apply my knowledge as a registered massage therapist to help tight muscles improve range and mobility in all exercise programs.
