Our body is designed to move. As a newborn baby before we even start to speak we learn how to move. Many people forget how to move because of the way we live (i.e. many hours sitting in front a computer or TV, driving, bad posture habits, etc.). I coach people to remember how to move, how to correct inefficient movement patterns and how to have good posture.

My name is Barbara. I have lived with multiple sclerosis for over 40 years and have type 1 diabetes. When I joined inhometrainer I was anxious because I didn’t know whether I could do “the program”.

My trainers Serge and Mike challenge me to move up a notch or two above my current abilities. They accept that I cannot, because of nerve damage due to MS, do certain exercises. They support and encourage me when I get discouraged and have promised to not give up on me! 😊

Two years ago, I was feeling lethargic, was not sleeping well, and had no energy. I was 205 pounds, size 38 waste and 44 jacket. I felt “bloated” and missed meals all day, and gorged at night. I spent far too much time in front of the computer! I felt compelled to doing a workout and usually did some cardio and weights but was getting no results. In fact, I was gaining fat! We have been exercising for the past year and as a result we have noticed that we are getting fitter and healthier. Everyone should have an inhometrainer. My husband and I were in very poor physical health when our personal trainer came into our lives.
