As a certified personal trainer, I specialize in programs that concentrate on increasing flexibility, endurance, agility, and strength; which amplifies the body to gain performance and lose weight faster.

I’ve trained many years in yoga (hatha, kundalini and moksha) and with this knowledge

I teach effective ways to increase flexibility and strength, also how to cope with stress like meditation sessions.

In 2007 I took a volunteering trip to India to teach Tibetan kids English, study yoga, and attend teachings from the Dalia Lama.

In addition, my workouts have a martial arts and boxing portion that increases strength, agility, and is excellent cardio. I actively teach karate skills to elementary school kids during the school year.

I have also studied dance for many years as well from traditional Indian to break dancing. I take a creative spin at my dance experience and create unique moves which targets muscles you've never felt before. With the combination of these different types of training, I am a great personal trainer to any client from adolescent to senior.

I obtained my Fitness and Health Promotion diploma from Centennial College; where I also acquired my Personal training certificate, and Twist condition sport & strength certifications. Prior to my experiences at inhometrainer I have worked with Spinal Cord Injuries, able-bodied clients, and acquired brain injuries.

Along with this I received my Massage technique diploma from Ashworth College

My experiences with training have taken place at Centennial Colleges Athletic Association, corporates gyms and in-home personal training where I developed client’s fitness and nutrition programs.

Fitness has always been a part of me. Having my father who had the lifestyle instilled in me as a young adult, and a mother who cant get enough walking, there is no wonder as to why this has become such a large part of my life.
